Northwest Total Site is seeking an Experienced Municipal Utility Estimator / Project Manager specializing in Public / Municipal underground sewer, water, drainage utility work predominantly in the Minneapolis / St. Paul seven county metro area. Experience in estimating excavation work is a plus.
Excavation Division - must have experience
- Excavation Supervisor - Need to have Supervision Experience (minimum 5 years) in Municipality and Commercial grading. Job entails running larger project or multiple smaller projects. Work is in 7 county metro area. Duites include setting up new jobs and working on schedules with Project Manager. Coordination with sub-contractors. Directing day to day operations of the projects. - Excavation Laborer - Must have experience (minimum 3 years in excavation). Need to be able to read stakes, check grade and have knowledge of plan reading. Class A license and GPS experience a plus.
- Excavation Operator - All positions must have experience. Looking for universal operators that can run Excavator (subcut reconstruction of streets/dig commercial footings) and finish dozer (sand/rock). Also looking for skid loader operators. Work ranges from Municipal, Commercial and Housing.
- Finish Dozer Operators (D5, D6)
- Track Bobcats (finish grade, tolerance, sand cushion, etc.)
- Laborers (must know grades, footings, & street work)
- Backhoe (Footings, subcuts, street recon work)
