The bulk of our work has been an ever changing balance of Commercial/Private work and Government Contracts. This type of work involves Excavating, Sewer/Water and Paving of office/warehouses, retail buildings, and housing developments on the commercial private side. Government contracts such as roads, housing developments, airports, government centers, parks, schools, airport and maintenance facilities, and much more. Primary work area is in the 7 county metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, however we occasionally do work outside the metro and on occasion have done out of state work, for private customers. Annual Sales range from 100-110 million.
